About the Role
We're looking for a Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support to children with special needs (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, etc.) in a mainstream school setting.
You'll assist the child in academics, social interaction, and behavior management to help them succeed in class.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Special Education preferred)
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role (Freshers may apply)
- Skills: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and classroom coordination
