Laboratory Assistant

Looking for B.SC Chemistry / M.SC Chemistry (Fresher/ 1 Year)

Role Objective

• Supporting Chemical Production at factory
• Supporting Quality Evaluation.
• Validation of process at laboratory testing.
• Supporting new product development with lab & Production.
• Roles and Responsibilities :
• Conducting meticulous tests, thoroughly analyzing data, and confidently interpreting results to significantly enhance the quality of treatments.
• Creating comprehensive evaluation reports, carefully scrutinizing discrepancies, and confidently providing recommendations on materials, testing methods, procedures, and manufacturing or operating processes to optimize productivity, improve quality, and significantly reduce lead time.
• Collaborating closely with Production/ Quality/Laboratory team to firmly establish objectives and comprehensively understand requirements.
• Vigilantly monitoring production and promptly resolving any issues with unwavering confidence.
• Confidently supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel, including quality inspectors and workers, to maintain exceptionally high standards without any hesitation.
• Assertively determining the necessary resources, such as workforce and raw materials, to ensure exceptionally smooth operations.
• Guaranteeing that the output confidently meets the required quality standards by conducting rigorous checks without any doubt.
• Enforcing stringent health and safety precautions confidently and assertively to maintain a safe working environment.
• Responsible for getting various certificates such as quality council certificates,GMP,ROH,ISO etc.

Knowledge and Skill set

• Proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding communication ability.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
