DCDP - Asian

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DCDP - Asian to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Asian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
• Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cooking techniques.
• Excellent culinary skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly with colleagues.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest quality standards.
