Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Muzaffarnagar for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide regular updates on accounts. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for account growth and retention. They will also be tasked with preparing financial reports and conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and sales skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and preparing financial reports
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in the agricultural or fertilizer industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of market analysis techniques and tools
