Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Lead Frontend Engineer
to drive the development of intuitive, performant, and scalable user interfaces that power our next-gen digital identity products. You'll lead by example — writing clean, maintainable code, mentoring developers, and shaping the frontend architecture for long-term growth and impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the
    architecture, design, and development
    of scalable, responsive, and user-centric web interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with
    product, design, and backend teams
    to deliver seamless digital identity experiences.
  • Build and maintain
    component libraries, design systems
    , and modular UI frameworks for long-term scalability.
  • Write
    clean, performant, and maintainable code
    using modern frontend technologies , TypeScript).
  • Drive
    performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices
    across all applications.
  • Mentor frontend engineers, conduct
    code reviews
    , and promote high engineering standards.
  • Evaluate and integrate
    emerging frontend technologies
    to enhance platform performance and developer efficiency.
  • Partner with DevOps for efficient
    build, deployment, and CI/CD
    pipelines.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
    in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years
    of frontend development experience with
    2+ years in a lead or mentorship role
    .
  • Deep expertise in
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    ,
    (or )
    , and state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    HTML5, CSS3
    , and modern styling systems (Tailwind, Styled Components, Emotion).
  • Experience integrating
    RESTful or GraphQL APIs
    and collaborating with backend teams.
  • Familiarity with
    frontend architecture patterns

  • Experience with
    testing frameworks
    (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and
