About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full Stack WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end WordPress development, including creating custom themes, plugins, and optimizing website performance. You'll work closely with our design, content, and marketing teams to deliver functional, high-performing, and visually appealing websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins.
  • Build responsive and SEO-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
  • Create custom WordPress themes from scratch or modify existing ones to meet design requirements.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party tools, and payment gateways.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize website speed, and enhance user experience.
  • Manage website security, backups, and version control (Git).
  • Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and content creators to ensure pixel-perfect, high-performing web solutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in full stack WordPress development.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS architecture, custom post types, hooks, actions, and filters.
  • Experience with Elementor, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), and WooCommerce.
  • Familiarity with React, Vue, or other modern JS frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience with REST API integrations and AJAX.
  • Understanding of website optimization, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Hands-on experience with Git and deployment workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with WordPress Multisite environments.
  • Knowledge of headless WordPress development.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Previous experience working in an agency or SaaS environment.
