Sr. Executive – Accounts / Finance

Qualification:

  • B.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.

  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation activities.

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliation reports.

  • Manage export documentation and ensure statutory & regulatory compliance.

  • Monitor cash flow, fund management, and online payment processing.

  • Assist in budgeting, investment planning, and financial forecasting.

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of returns (GST, TDS, ROC compliance, etc.).

  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments for financial activities.

  • Support finalization of accounts and audit requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.

  • Hands-on experience in export documentation, cash flow management, and fund utilization.

  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Office applications.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
