About the Role

Capgemini is a global leader in digital supply chain transformation. As part of our rapidly growing Digital Supply Chain Practice, we are seeking a Solution Consultant – Kinaxis RapidResponse to support implementation, deployment, and performance improvement initiatives across industry verticals. This is a techno-functional role ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse and a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and author resources in Kinaxis RapidResponse across modules like Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum environments, closely partnering with business stakeholders.
  • Create functional design documents, software specifications, and training scenarios.
  • Provide expert guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches.
  • Customize Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions based on client requirements.

Key Skills

  • Functional Expertise: Supply & Capacity Planning, MRP, Long-term Capacity Planning, Scheduling, etc.
  • Technical Proficiency: Workbook development, Alerts, Hierarchies, Scenario setup, Control Table Configuration, Planning Engine, Data Model modifications.
  • Analytical Skills: Fit-gap analysis, operational data insights.
  • Tools Knowledge: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Strong business acumen and collaboration skills across multicultural teams.

Experience & Education Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 1–2 Kinaxis projects across industry verticals.
  • Exposure to FMCG, CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Tier-1 colleges preferred).
  • MBA in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics (preferred).

  • Kinaxis certifications and APICS or other supply chain certifications are a plus.
