Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Facility Engineer to manage and maintain utility and facility equipment, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and nitrogen plants.
• Monitoring and ensuring efficient functioning of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and other utility equipment.
• Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
• Maintaining safety standards and adherence to statutory compliances.
• Supporting energy efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth facility operations.

Key Requirements:

• B. Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in utility and facility management.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors, nitrogen plant, and ETP.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards, statutory regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
