Job Description

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst with hands-on experience in iBPS (Newgen) applications, specifically within the Corporate Loans Origination segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end test planning, execution, and defect management while ensuring the highest quality of delivery in a core banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and create detailed test cases and scenarios.
  • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing for iBPS Loan Origination workflows.
  • Validate corporate customer journeys and process flows within the Newgen iBPS application.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
  • Work closely with business users, developers, and project managers to ensure quality delivery.
  • Provide test reports, metrics, and sign-offs to stakeholders.
  • Support UAT and assist in root cause analysis for production issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in QA/testing within BFSI domain applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with iBPS (Newgen) – preferably in Corporate Loans Origination.
  • Sound understanding of banking processes, corporate lending, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries for backend validation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
