Job Summary
In this position, your role is essential in upholding compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax processes for employees on international assignments. This position is key in handling the tax consequences of global mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs, while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax laws
Qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in preparation of Japan Individual Tax Returns
- Post Graduation should be M.Com/MBA / PGDM - Finance Specialization
- Under Graduation should be B.Com / BBA / BBM / BMS
- Score Cut Off: 50% across academics (10th, +2, UG, PG)
- Experience: months of Japan tax experience (US Tax experience is an advantage)
- Good knowledge in Accounting, Finance & Taxation
- Good Communication & Analytical skills
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare all types of Japan individual income tax returns.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency of tax technical knowledge.
- Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines and knowledge-sharing. Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently.
