Description :

ROLES

Acts as the Process Engineer of Dairy & Beverages projects of NEPL.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To learn and work with dimensioning of process equipment and purchase specifications.

%B7 Prepare detailed bill of material & Item List based on P & ID, Layout, scope of supply.

%B7 To Prepare Documents related to equipment selections, fabrication, sizing and preparing specifications.

%B7 To learn the Functional Description sheet and to learn Factory Acceptance Test of process at supplier%u2019s site.

  • Work with OEM vendors, implement, upgrade dairy production and process equipment.

%B7 Occasionally working with internal sales support, customer claims, product maintenance, trouble shooting, audit and Support in commissioning of the plant.

  • To learn Documents related to equipment selections, fabrication, sizing and preparing specifications.

%B7 Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements (FDA, HACCP, etc.)

%B7 Develop and evaluate food safety plans.

%B7 Review client's purchase order and specifications for conformance to NEOLOGIC%u2019s scope of supply and latest proposal

  • Create documents and learn the data for specific functions to other areas in the work process within our customer projects, such as Pre commissioning, Commissioning, and customer related documentation.

%B7 To learn Size and/or specify all system components for estimating and procurement purposes.

%B7 To maintain company process engineering and standards/guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

%B7 Ensure compliance to ISO , ISO & ISO requirements

%B7 Responsible for monitoring department objective monthly and initiate corrective action if required

%B7 Responsible for reporting, monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situation and developing measures to assure personnel safety.

%B7 Accountable for on time documentation.

%B7 Accountable for safe operation.
