ReactJS Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-end Development: Develop new user-facing features and components using , Redux (or similar state management libraries like MobX/Context API), and related technologies.
• Code Implementation: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS/LESS code.
• Maintenance & Debugging: Participate in the maintenance of existing codebases, identifying and fixing bugs, and troubleshooting issues across various browsers and devices.
• Testing: Contribute to unit and integration testing of components to ensure quality and reliability.
• Collaboration: Actively participate in code reviews, stand-up meetings, and sprint planning sessions, and communicate effectively within the development team.
• Performance: Assist in optimizing application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

• Learning & Growth: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in the React ecosystem and front-end development.

• Required Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience:

• 1 year of professional experience working with in a commercial setting (e.g., internships, freelance, or full-time roles).
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (including ES6+ features), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of the framework and its core principles (components, lifecycle methods/hooks, state management).
• Familiarity with a state management library such as Redux, MobX, or the Context API.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into front-end applications.
• Proficiency with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
• Basic working knowledge of Git for version control.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and take ownership of tasks.

• Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional)

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Familiarity with modern UI libraries or frameworks (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap).
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like or Gatsby.
• Experience writing end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Job Type: Full-time
