This position is remote and is based in Bangalore, India. Purpose:

This position's main responsibilities are to manage, organize and maintain the Global endpoint management solutions and associated IT Infrastructure services. This role requires a deep understanding of both Intune and SCCM and M365 along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments to ensure efficient and secure endpoint management.
• Design, Deploy and manage existing and new Intune configurations and policies.
• Integrate Intune with SCCM to streamline device management and enforce compliance policies.
• Configure and deploy office apps, business software, updates, and patches using SCCM and Intune.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect endpoints from potential threats.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Intune and SCCM, providing Level 2/3 support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure Intune solutions meet those needs.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Generate reports on system performance, compliance, and security for management review.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and SCCM, M365
• Strong knowledge of MDM and MAM.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional access.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cross-cultural project management and communication experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other endpoint management tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO.
• Experience with agile delivery practices.
  Relevant Microsoft certifications.
