Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Product Support – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 

Responsibilities
·    Support Implementation\: Assist implementation teams in deploying AI products effectively, addressing technical challenges under supervision.
·    Pre-sales Support\: Collaborate with pre-sales teams to understand and communicate product capabilities, helping tailor solutions to meet client needs.
·    Demo Preparation\: Prepare and participate in product demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our AI solutions to potential clients.
·    Client Engagement\: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on product usage and optimization.
·    Documentation\: Help maintain documentation of product features, updates, and best practices to support both internal teams and clients.
·    Feedback Loop\: Gather feedback from clients and pre-sales teams to inform product development and enhancements.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
·    Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
·    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
·    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Internship or project experience in product support or a related role.

•    Familiarity with pre-sales or client-facing roles within the tech industry.

•    Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
