Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile financial accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulatory requirements

  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions

  • Manage and implement financial processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related

  • Proven experience in accounting (typically 0-5 years)

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)

Skills:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
