Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage month end reporting process, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Oversee intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to provide timely and effective support for record to report (RTR) processes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to RTR.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 9-12 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR), Intercompany Reconciliation, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accountancy principles, general ledger management, and fixed assets accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Financials.
