About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated MIS Executive from a B.Com background to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support the finance team by delivering accurate reports, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data quality across multiple processes. ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update financial MIS reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets related to finance and operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports including cash flow statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with actionable insights.
Automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and reduce manual work. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all MIS reports. Collaborate with the finance and accounts teams to gather and validate data inputs.
Provide support during internal audits and financial reviews by preparing required documentation. Handle ad-hoc report requests and data analysis tasks as assigned by management. Participate in improving reporting frameworks and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
Learn and work with ERP tools and other internal systems to extract relevant financial data. QualificationsCompleted Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). Good understanding of basic financial statements and accounting principles.
Any previous internship or academic project in MIS or finance is a plus. Required SkillsProficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas; Macros is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of financial concepts and reporting structures. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle (preferred). Detail-oriented with strong focus on data accuracy and consistency.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle (preferred).
