Were looking for a Product Manager – Data Cloud to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Acqueon's Data Cloud product line. This role will focus on enabling seamless data integrations, unifying customer data across CRM and engagement systems, and delivering powerful analytics capabilities that support data-driven engagement.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, data science, product marketing, and customer success—to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions that power our data-driven engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for the Data Cloud, focusing on data ingestion, transformation, storage, and integration capabilities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and customers to identify pain points and translate them into product requirements and actionable user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Drive integration initiatives across CRM, CDP, and analytics systems (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
  • Partner with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, schemas, and performance for large-scale enterprise data.
  • Define key metrics and success criteria to evaluate product performance and adoption.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and AI-driven analytics, ensuring Acqueon's Data Cloud remains innovative and competitive.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure go-to-market readiness, product documentation, and enablement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6–10 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in product management focusing on data platforms, CDP, or cloud data products.
  • Strong understanding of data integration architectures, APIs, ETL pipelines, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM/CDP ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with AI/ML data models, data governance, and security frameworks.
  • Prior experience with customer engagement, marketing automation, or contact center data products.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Aha, or Productboard for roadmap management.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling SaaS products in a global environment.
