Frontend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building fast, scalable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies and a deep understanding of performance optimization and best UI/UX practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain high-quality, responsive web interfaces.
  • Implement best practices for page performance and Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS).
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  • Optimize frontend build pipelines and deployment using CI/CD tools.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following modern development standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more modern frameworks:
  • React (with ), (with Nuxt), or Angular.
  • Proven expertise in page performance optimization using tools like Lighthouse, GTmetrix, WebPageTest, Chrome DevTools.
  • Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals metrics and strategies to improve them.
  • Experience implementing optimization techniques:
  • Code-splitting, lazy loading, image optimization (WebP/AVIF), font loading, bundle size reduction, and caching/CDN strategies.
  • Strong grasp of responsive design principles (Flexbox, Grid, container queries).
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Rollup, or Parcel.
  • Proficiency in Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in agile environments.
