We are looking for an experienced and results-driven HVAC Project Engineer (Male, Age 20–40) to lead and deliver key projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution
  • Monitor and manage project progress, risks, and budget
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, status reports, and presentations
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Conduct project reviews and implement lessons learned
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 0 to 3 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month

  • Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
