Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Software Faculty to deliver high-quality training in software-related courses, including foundational concepts in Software. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of programming, database management, and emerging software technologies, combined with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Delivery:
• Conduct classroom and online sessions on software-related courses such as programming (ML , Data Science, Python, Java, etc.), database management, web development, and software engineering.
• Deliver introductory and intermediate-level courses on Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Use interactive teaching techniques to ensure practical understanding of concepts.
• Curriculum Development:
• Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and training modules to keep up with industry trends.
• Develop hands-on projects and assignments for skill enhancement.
• Mentorship and Guidance:
• Guide and mentor students in academic and project work.
• Assist students in understanding career pathways in software and IT domains.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
• Work closely with other faculty members and department heads to align courses with organizational goals.
• Report training outcomes and student progress to management.
• Skill Development:
• Stay updated on advancements in software technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Attend workshops and seminars to enhance teaching methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of Data Science concepts like data visualization, data preprocessing, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning algorithms, tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow), and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with software development methodologies and tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
• Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills.
• Experience:
• 1-4 year of experience in teaching/training or working in the software domain.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related areas (e.g., Microsoft Certified, Google Data Engineer, etc.).
