Streamline has built and maintains systems for some of the premier behavioral health organizations in United States of America, using the latest web-based technology.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge on automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Java, SQL).
Knowledge on cloud platforms (Azure).
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Good Knowledge with any of the AI based automation framework, intent to learn and adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web-based EHR modules
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand healthcare workflows and translate them into automation logic
Help execute regression, functional, and performance test automation suites
Able to work on scalable automation frameworks (CI/CD pipelines, testing suites, or industrial automation systems).
Work on development of automated tests for software applications or processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and IT to integrate automation solutions.
Work with the QA team to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Able to wok on documentation related to automation architecture and processes.
Quickly learn from Mentors on automation and provide output at the earliest .
Stay updated on new automation tools, technologies, and industry trends.
Learn and Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and security protocols.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset with strong mentoring skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in automation engineering or related roles.
- Proven track record of leading automation initiatives and delivering high-quality results.
