  • Validate and update audit reports based on defined frequencies – daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies through own analysis, internal collaboration, and communication with clients.
  • Prepare effort estimations in coordination with the Field Audit Expert Team and Team Lead – Data Analysts.
  • Perform advanced Excel-based data checks and transformations to ensure data integrity across audit reports.
  • Work with the Engineering Team to streamline current data pipelines, reporting tools, and address technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all audit logs, discrepancy notes, and resolutions.
  • Ensure timely and error-free delivery of updated audit dashboards and reports.
  • Stay in sync with real-time store audit progress, aligning reporting updates with field operations.
  • Provide prompt and effective communication to internal departments and client teams when data anomalies are flagged.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts, early morning shifts, and general shifts depending on audit requirements.
  • Support report format upgrades, field data templates, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
