  • Preparing data for filing TDS returns and verifying account balances.
  • Preparing data for filing GST returns. (GSTR -1 & GSTR -3B)
  • Coordination for Annual GST audit. (GSTR-9 & 9C)
  • Intercompany reconciliation & BRS.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of Tax returns and payments. (TDS & GST, Advance tax, and other statutory-related)
  • Handling Internal audit / Statutory audit / GST audit queries related to compliance.
  • Reconciliation of Tax data reports with tally entries & rectifying errors.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all tax-related documents and notices from the department.
  • Staying updated on tax laws (GST & TDS, Income tax etc.,)
  • To handle vendor queries for Form 16A-related matters.

Job specifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of strong work experience in Accounts & Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance such as TDS, GST, ESIC, EPF & PT.
  • Good at problem-solving & ability to analyse large volumes of data in MS Excel.
  • Proficient in MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • TALLY Knowledge: Added advantage.
