We are looking for a software engineer to join our Extended Reality (XR) team working on a cross section of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) platforms.

Utilizing either Android Studio or Unity game engine for AR/VR respectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
  • Integrate third-party services and platforms as required.
  • Prioritize the security and scalability of the solution. Implement best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Continuously improve existing systems for better performance and reliability.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development with 1+ in user experience development
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Python and Java.
  • Strong experience with front-end or user experience-based development e.g.,Android, React or Unity
  • Familiarity with security best practices for IoT.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with IoT platforms like AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, sensors, and wireless communication protocols.
  • Experience with ROS2 (Robot Operating System) for robotics and automation.
  • Proficient in Linux operating system, including development and debugging on Linux platforms.
