This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Aurangabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and providing detailed feedback on market trends and customer needs. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and preparing regular sales reports will also be an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer engagement skills, including client relationship management and the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in negotiation and communication
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work towards achieving organizational goals
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Familiarity with sales data analysis and reporting tools
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage**
