About the Role

MNS Credit Management Group is looking for B.Com/M.Com freshers for the position of Executive Reporting. The role involves financial analysis, credit assessment, report writing, and regular interaction with onshore counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the creditworthiness of corporate borrowers through financial & credit risk analysis.
  • Review financial statements, evaluate credit data, and determine lending risk.
  • Prepare credit risk reports for clients and lenders.
  • Analyze client records and recommend suitable payment plans.
  • Coordinate with credit associations, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to manage credit exposure and reduce disputes.
  • Communicate with clients to verify financial/credit transactions and resolve issues.
  • Conduct financial ratio analysis, evaluate capital structure, and study debt maturity profiles.
  • Support in forecasting financials based on operational and industry data.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Freshers eligible).
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good spoken English; ability to interact with onshore teams daily.
  • Knowledge or internship experience in financial modeling, credit research, or company analysis will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Typing speed: 35–45 WPM.
