Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed interior design drawings and plans using AutoCAD(working drawing drawings).

* Develop high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations using SketchUp and Photoshop.

* Ensure drawings meet all technical specifications and client requirements.

* Ensure all MEP components are accurately represented in the plans.

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

* Identify and resolve any on-site issues related to the interior design.

* Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and furnishings.

* Assist in client meetings to present design concepts and updates.

* Address client feedback and incorporate changes into the design.

* Layout planning and preparation of detailed drawings

Coordination with contractors and consultants

On-site supervision

Site measurements (of any type)

Preparation of BOQs, if possible

*Skills and Qualifications*

Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

6-8 years of experience in interior drafting, most preferably in high-end residential interior projects.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed drafting.
  • Skilled in MS Office for documentation and communication.
  • Expertise in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop for rendering and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
