Our site in Pune, India is seeking a Sr. Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role ​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Entegris. This position leverages advanced analytics, visualization, and reporting capabilities using Microsoft tools (Power BI, Dataflows, Office 365) and Google Cloud technologies (BigQuery) to transform raw data into actionable insights. The role requires strong technical expertise in MS tools, SQL and cloud-based data solutions, combined with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business intelligence solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and related Microsoft tools.
• Build and optimize dataflows and pipelines to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
• Utilize Google BigQuery for large-scale data modeling, processing and advanced analytics.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting and analytics platforms.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data models, processes, and best practices.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging trends in data analytics, cloud technologies, and visualization tools.
• Validating existing reports and or sources of data within a report to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as the leader working with business and IT partners on improving automation of existing reporting.
• Work on serval projects at once and meet deadlines.
• Come up with quick solutions even with difficult situations

What We Seek:

• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, Google BigQuery and cloud-based data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with SAP Bex Queries and SAP Business Warehouse.
• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Office 365 tools for collaboration and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to align analytics initiatives to business objectives.
• Exceptional storytelling skills to present data insights in a compelling and actionable manner.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging technologies in data analytics.
• Direct experience in a Manufacturing Environment and familiarity with Master Data and Supply Chain using SAP Data Sources
• Certification in Power BI or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
