  • • Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • • Train and supervise junior lab technicians and phlebotomists to ensure quality sample collection and reporting.
  • • Adhere to NABL/quality standards (if applicable) and assist in audits.
