Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and baking bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations
• Package and label finished products
• Learn and follow food safety standards and bakery protocols
• Support inventory management and ingredient stocking
• Interact with customers when needed, providing friendly service
