Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ambernath for an Upstream Senior Officer. The Upstream Senior Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing upstream processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing biomanufacturing procedures. This role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining detailed documentation, troubleshooting issues in the production line, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The officer will actively contribute to process improvements and innovation within the production environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Experience with Upstream processes in biomanufacturing, including mammalian cell culture and single-use fermentation technologies
• Master's Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field is required
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry
• Skills in process optimization, troubleshooting, and innovation in a manufacturing setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
