JOB DESCRIPTION : PYTHON DEVELOPER

We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Python Developer
with hands-on experience in the
Django framework
to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in backend development, be highly collaborative, and eager to solve complex problems at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django and Python.
  • Enhance existing systems by identifying areas of improvement and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and perform performance tuning of backend services.
  • Design and manage reliable databases that support complex business processes.
  • Conduct and lead team meetings with junior developers to track progress and guide development efforts.
  • Manage incoming bug reports and feature requests from users.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality project releases.
  • Work closely with product and design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Proficient in Django; experience with other frameworks like Tornado or Flask is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of
    data structures and algorithms
    .
  • Ability to create and manage optimal relational database schemas.
  • Familiarity with
    HTML5
    ,

    JavaScript
    .
  • Excellent debugging, unit testing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of scalable architecture and enterprise-level system design.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
