we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to manage billing, payment confirmations, and collection-related data. The ideal candidate should possess strong MS Excel skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles to ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing Management

Generate and maintain accurate billing records.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely invoicing.

Customer Payment Follow-up

Communicate with customer & Account managers to obtain payment confirmations.

Follow up with internal departments for necessary payment approvals.

Collection Forecasting

Prepare monthly/weekly forecasts for expected collections.

Track outstanding payments and expected inflows.

Collection Records Maintenance

Maintain detailed records of all collections received and payments made.

Reconcile payment data with internal records and bank statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, etc.)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation

Strong communication and coordination skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field

1 year of Experience in handling MIS functions, billing, or accounts receivable processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹27,000.00 per month
