About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Python and Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver high-impact training sessions for our team in Bengaluru. If you have a passion for teaching and expertise in Python programming and cybersecurity principles, this role is for you. You will help upskill our learners through practical, hands-on sessions tailored to real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training modules on Python programming and Cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Conduct virtual or in-person sessions (based on preference) for small to medium-sized groups.
  • Provide practical examples, exercises, and projects to reinforce learning.
  • Adapt training content to suit varying skill levels—from beginners to advanced professionals.
  • Offer mentorship and support to learners during and after sessions.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Python developer or Cybersecurity professional.
  • Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or corporate training.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., ethical hacking, network security, OWASP).
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and engage learners effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Based in or familiar with the Bengaluru tech ecosystem (preferred).
