ey Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and book domestic travel itineraries (Hotels, transport, tours).
  • Coordinate guest pickups and drop-offs (airport, hotel, and other locations) ensuring timely and smooth transfers.
  • Manage reservations, and travel documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide travel-related assistance.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Liaise with vendors, hotels, and transport operators for best deals and arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Exp: Minimum 2 Years .
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, itineraries, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle last-minute changes.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including early mornings/late nights for guest pickups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
