Job Title: Store In-charge

Department: Stores

Location: Guduvancherry

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.

Maintain proper inventory levels and perform periodic stock verification.

Issue materials as per requisitions and ensure timely dispatch.

Update and maintain stock registers, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue slips.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and finance teams for smooth operations.

Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and handling of materials.

Monitor stock expiry, slow-moving, and obsolete items.

Prepare and submit inventory reports regularly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store area.

Ensure compliance with safety and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in store/inventory management.

Knowledge of inventory software in SAP
