Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an FnB Assistant located in Panaji. The primary responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Additional tasks include supporting the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, assisting with inventory management, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage service, Hospitality management
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Relevant experience in a similar role within a luxury or high-end establishment is a plus
