Role & responsibilities

1. Preparing Detailed Drawings

• Create architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings for multistory buildings.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Ensure drawings are compliant with building codes and standards.

2. Coordination with Architects and Engineers

• Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams.
• Incorporate design changes and revisions as per feedback from clients or consultants.

3. Structural and Reinforcement Detailing

• Prepare reinforcement drawings (RCC detailing) for columns, beams, slabs, and foundations.
• Use software like AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla for 2D and 3D detailing.

4. Documentation and File Management

• Maintain drawing logs and versions.
• Properly archive and label technical drawings for reference and construction.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate worked in any reputed rea estate compnay or consultancy firm.
