Role & responsibilities

Manage 2-3 Model DeHaat Centres (FOCO model) and make sure they run smoothly.

Demand generation activities around MDC to increase the sale.

Stock Management.

Work closely with franchisee owners to achieve business goals.

Guide and train MDC staff, take daily updates, and solve problems.

Work with DeHaat Captains and Relationship Managers to understand farmer needs and increase sales.

Make sure products reach farmers on time and in good condition.

Track sales, inventory, and service quality, and share reports with managers.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 2+ years in Demand Generation activities, sales and marketing in Agriculture or Cattle feed.

MSc/ BSc in Agriculture or PGDABM or MBA Strong crop knowledge about Grape/Banana/ Cotton/Onion. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
