Assistant Manager- SEO

Were looking for a data-driven and creative Assistant Manager SEO to support and lead our organic search strategy. You'll work closely with our content, tech, and marketing teams to improve our search engine visibility, increase traffic, and contribute to our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and SERP rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content writers to optimize content for SEO best practices.
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including technical audits, link-building campaigns, and internal linking strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with developers to ensure technical SEO implementation.
  • Mentor junior SEO executives or interns if applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools is a plus.Role & responsibilities
