Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SME-AR Management professional with 3 to 6 years of experience in healthcare products and revenue cycle management. The role involves managing accounts receivable processes within a hybrid work model primarily during night shifts. The candidate will contribute to optimizing revenue cycles ensuring efficient financial operations and supporting the companys mission to enhance healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of accounts to maintain financial integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide expertise in healthcare products to streamline revenue cycle management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflows and processes.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in revenue management.
  • Implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all financial operations.
  • Utilize technical skills to optimize healthcare product usage in revenue cycle management.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to accounts receivable.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
  • Engage in professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

  • Possess a strong understanding of healthcare products and their application in revenue cycle management.
