We offer a range of financial management services, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting, and management information systems (MIS). We are looking for a Manager to join our team and help us deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Job Overview
The Manager of Outsourced CFO Services with FP&A and MIS Skills will be responsible for managing a team of financial analysts and overseeing all aspects of the financial management services we provide to our clients. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality FP&A and MIS services to our clients, including financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.

About the Role
Join our growing CFO Services team in a client-facing role that blends financial planning and analysis (FP&A), MIS reporting, and financial advisory. You'll lead projects, work closely with clients, and deliver high-impact financial insights. Key
Responsibilities:
* Lead analyst teams and manage client deliverables
* Handle budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and MIS
* Analyze financial data to support decision-making
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
* Present reports and recommendations to clients
* Drive process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally Required
Skills
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Sound knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
* Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Tally
Good to Have
* Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Zoho, or SAP
* Prior team management experience
* Hands-on financial modelling and dashboard creation
