Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop applications using OpenText App Works (low-code platform).
• Configure and implement solutions based on client requirements.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to design automation solutions.
• Manage deployments, patches, hotfixes, and application installations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and IT.
• Provide technical support and problem management for repeated incidents.
• Develop applications using OpenText App Works (low-code platform).

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 - 10 years of IT experience, with 25 years in low-code development.
• Experience with AppWorks versions 16.x and 20.x (on-prem/cloud).
• Familiarity with BPM, ESB/Web Services, X-forms, Entity Modeling.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java/.NET
• XML, JSON, SOAP, REST APIs
• SQL and RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud and FDA environments (for federal roles).
