About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Executive with strong expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI and conversions.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO & SEM trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly practices.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns meet performance targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3.5 years of proven experience in SEO and PPC (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Must have own Wi-Fi connection and laptop/desktop for remote work.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with E-commerce SEO & Paid Ads.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques.
