We are on a mission to build a ₹1000 crore brand with strong offline and online presence, and we're looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue GrowthGenerate sales through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and gyms/supplement shops.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Close deals with supplement shops using sampling, relationship-building, and strong product pitching.
- Market DevelopmentExpand NutriThings' footprint across North India (city-wise expansion plans).
- Identify new markets, distributors, and potential partners.
- Maintain detailed market intelligence on competition, pricing, and trends.
- Client Relationship & Account ManagementBuild long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and fitness influencers.
- Resolve payment issues, ensure timely collections, and maintain trust in the market.
- Provide product training and support to partners.
- Brand Push & VisibilityEnsure product placement, display, and promotions in retail stores.
- Execute sampling drives and small-bill closures to increase trust and market penetration.
- Coordinate with marketing team for activations, events, and promotions.
- Reporting & AccountabilityMaintain daily call reports, client visits, closures, and collections.
- Update CRM/sales tracker with accurate data.
- Report competitor activity and suggest counter-strategies.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, supplements, nutraceuticals, or health industry.
- Strong market relationships with supplement shops, gyms, or distributors (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and willing to travel extensively.
