We are seeking a highly goal-driven and results-oriented
Team Leader
to lead user growth initiatives through influencer marketing campaigns in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving capabilities, and experience managing high-pressure, target-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Goal Achievement:

  2. Set clear targets (e.g., user downloads, registrations) and ensure they are achieved within deadlines.

  3. Apply creative and data-driven methods to meet objectives.

  4. Problem Solving & Process Improvement:

  5. Identify challenges in ongoing campaigns and propose effective solutions.

  6. Analyze performance data and implement improvements for better outcomes.

  7. Team Leadership & Motivation:

  8. Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.

  9. Monitor team performance and ensure strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

  10. Influencer Collaboration:

  11. Identify, onboard, and manage influencers on Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

  12. Build strong relationships with influencers and agents to maximize user growth.

  13. Market Insight:

  14. Understand user behavior and trends in the Indian market.

  15. Adapt strategies to align with cultural and audience expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    team leadership, influencer marketing, or user growth projects
    .
  • Strong
    goal orientation
    and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and create practical solutions.
  • Experience in
    Asian companies
    or other high-paced work cultures preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
  • Ability to motivate and manage a performance-driven team.

  • Candidates who have worked in
