Audit Executive – Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic
Audit Executive
to manage our company's financial processes. Your duties will include documenting invoices, running payroll, and managing the flow of petty cash. You will also be responsible for updating accounting databases and reporting any financial discrepancies to management.

To succeed as an Audit Executive, you should possess strong financial acumen and attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-notch professional should be able to process a high volume of finance-related data quickly and accurately.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Proficient in
Tally ERP
.

·       Working experience in
Income Tax / TDS
.

·       Managing company assets and financial expenditures.

·       Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.

·       Maintaining accounts receivable files and updating records as required.

·       Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.

·       Ensuring suppliers are informed of any changes to service agreements and payment options.

·       Updating management on any financial discrepancies found during tax filing or invoicing.

·       Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.

·       Adhering to best practices in accounting as outlined by industry standards and the company.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

·       Associate's degree in Accounting or
B.Com
.

·       Strong computer skills and proficiency in
MS Office
and
Outlook
.

·       Solid understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping and tax filing.

·       Basic math skills.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

·       Ability to collaborate with coworkers, clients, and suppliers.

·       Knowledge of
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
.

·       Immediate joiners and local candidates within
Hyderabad
are preferred.

Working Days
- 6 days in a week(Sunday is weekoff)

Work Timings
- 10:30 AM to 7 PM
