Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic / Visual Designer to work with our international clients, primarily in the UK and US markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW, and will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate ideas, enhance brand identity, and engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for digital and print media.
  • Develop and maintain brand identities, marketing materials, social media creatives, infographics, and web assets tailored to international audiences.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UI/UX, developers) to ensure consistency in brand visuals.
  • Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma to visualize design concepts for web and mobile platforms.
  • Deliver engaging visual content aligned with client objectives, style guidelines, and cultural nuances of UK/US audiences.
  • Ensure all designs are pixel-perfect, modern, and market-appropriate while meeting project deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the international creative industry.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital ads, social media creatives, UI/UX visuals, and print design.
  • Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and composition.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability to different design styles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international clients.
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience working with UK/US clients or agencies.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design practices.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (a plus).
